Book a strategy session
Start with a 60-minute IT Strategy Session. You complete a pre-call assessment so we hit the ground running — no time wasted getting up to speed on basics.

Live consult & diagnosis
We work through your problem or project live. I'll ask the right questions, dig into your environment, and give you direct, no-fluff answers — not a list of things to Google.

Written action plan
After every session you receive a written action plan — the steps, the commands, the decisions, and the reasoning. Documented so you can hand it to your team or implement it yourself.

Project work (optional)
If you want me hands-on for the actual implementation, the $300 session fee is credited toward project work. No need to re-explain everything — we pick up right where we left off.

What types of companies do you work with?
Primarily SMBs and mid-market companies — typically 50 to 2,000 seats. Most of my clients are either going through a cloud migration, setting up Intune for the first time, or dealing with AD environments that have been neglected for years. MSPs bringing in outside expertise for a specific client engagement are also welcome.
How does the strategy session credit work?
The $300 session fee is fully credited toward any project work we engage on afterward. So if you book a session and decide to bring me in for the full migration, the $300 comes off the project invoice. It's not a consultation fee — it's a deposit toward the work.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Primarily remote — the vast majority of what I do can be handled securely over a remote session. On-site is available for larger projects that genuinely require physical presence, depending on location and scope. We'll discuss this during the strategy session if it applies to your situation.
What if my problem takes less than 60 minutes to solve?
Good news — we use the remaining time however you want. Additional questions, reviewing your environment, planning future work, or discussing the "why" behind the fix so your team understands it going forward. The full hour is yours.
How quickly can we get started?
Strategy sessions are typically available within a few business days. Larger project engagements depend on current workload — the session is the best way to discuss timeline and availability upfront.
